The right to vote is one of the most important rights we have as Americans. It allows us to have a say in who represents us in government and how our country is run. But did you know that there was a time when not everyone in the United States could vote? For many years, only white male landowners were allowed to vote. It wasn’t until the 19th and 20th centuries that women and people of color fought for and won the right to vote.

In this blog post, we’re going to learn about some of the people who fought for the right to vote for all Americans. These are people who believed that everyone should have a say in our democracy, no matter their race, gender, or economic status. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we all have the right to vote today.
