18th International Forum on Traffic and Transportation Psychology (IFTC 2024)

About the Forum

The International Forum on Traffic and Transportation Psychology (IFTC) is a triennial event that brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from around the world to share the latest research and best practices in traffic and transportation psychology.

The 18th IFTC will be held in Shanghai, China, from December 10-13, 2024. The theme of the forum is "Transportation Psychology in a Changing World." The forum will explore the latest research and best practices in a variety of areas, including:

• Driver behavior and safety
• Pedestrian and cyclist safety
• Public transportation
• Transportation planning and policy
• Transportation and the environment

Call for Papers

The 18th IFTC is now accepting submissions for papers. The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2024.

Papers should be original research papers that make a significant contribution to the field of traffic and transportation psychology. Papers should be no more than 10 pages in length, including references.

Registration

Registration for the 18th IFTC will open in June 2024. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, workshops, and social events.

Venue

The 18th IFTC will be held at the Shanghai International Convention Center.

The Shanghai International Convention Center is located in the heart of Shanghai's Pudong New Area. The center is easily accessible by public transportation, including the Shanghai Metro and the Maglev train.
