The series will be edited by Professor Andy Hargreaves, one of the world's leading educational researchers. Professor Hargreaves is the Thomas More Brennan Chair in Educational Leadership and Change at Boston College, and the Director of the International Centre for Educational Change. He is the author of over 20 books and 500 articles on education, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.

The first book in the series, Knowing, ng, and Being: The Nature of Educational Inquiry, is now available. This book brings together the work of leading scholars from around the world to explore the nature of educational inquiry. The book examines the different ways that we can know about education, and the different ways that we can use our knowledge to improve educational practice.

The second book in the series, Knowing, ng, and Being: The Practice of Educational Inquiry, will be published in 2023. This book will provide a practical guide to conducting educational research.
